heat-saving project
Within the framework of the 5th International Economic Forum “Smart City and Ecosystem” (28–30 January 2026, Yaremche), an initiative was launched to conduct a pilot installation of equipment from the Polish company ISOE SYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. on residential buildings in Khmelnytskyi and Vinnytsia in order to optimize heat consumption.
The pilot testing was successful — heat consumption savings in March 2026 ranged from 15% to 34%.
Detailed data on the pilot project was presented at the 11th International Scientific and Practical Conference “The Communal Sphere – the Sphere of Life. The Way to Success” (29 April 2026, Vinnytsia).

Participants of our events offer visitors advanced technical solutions, often providing the opportunity to test them in practice. It is therefore not surprising that after such in-depth familiarization, the next step is the conclusion of supply and service contracts between the parties, often even before the end of the forum or conference.

Many participants attend our events on a regular basis — this allows them not to miss important developments and innovations in the industry. We are also extremely pleased to hear that, as a result of the conference or forum, they are able to establish contacts and directly find partners and investors through whom valuable construction or other projects are either planned or implemented.

Cooperation
between communities
During the 5th International Economic Forum “Smart City and Ecosystem” (28–30 January 2026, Yaremche), a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Yaremche City Council of Ivano-Frankivsk Region and the Vyzyrka Village Council of Odesa District.
The Memorandum provides for cooperation in the following areas: implementation of scientific and educational programs for youth; implementation of rehabilitation and social integration projects for veterans; and the development of cultural, youth, tourism, and business clusters.
Attracting
donors and investments
The Municipal Enterprise “Lychkove” (Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Ukraine) actively participated in all International Economic Forums “Smart City and Ecosystem” held between 2023 and 2026.
As a result of its participation in the forums and with the support of the organizers, the enterprise successfully secured approximately UAH 12 million in funding from international donors. These included HELP – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. in Ukraine, UNICEF, and the “Vgoru Vgoru Ukraine” Charitable Foundation.
The funding made it possible to purchase, among other things, Rozhnovsky water towers, specialized electrical cables, submersible pumps, electronic equipment, pipelines, and a truck-mounted aerial work platform.
Practical
demonstrations
After the 11th International Scientific and Practical Conference “The Communal Sphere – the Sphere of Life. The Way to Success” (29 April 2026, Vinnytsia), participants from Poland and Finland visited the city of Khmelnytskyi.
In particular, colleagues from ISOE SYSTEMS (Poland) visited the Energy Efficiency Center and summarized the results of the pilot project on temperature regime management in multi-apartment residential buildings in the city.
Representatives of FIJALO-POLAND (Poland) and UNDERGROUND CITY (Finland) presented a compact trenchless pipe-pushing technology and demonstrated the operation of video inspection robots on pipelines of the municipal enterprise “Khmelnytskvodokanal.”

Our conferences and forums have become a traditional platform for volunteer organizations raising funds in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The challenges facing Ukraine are not leaving our international colleagues indifferent. Repeated assistance with specialized and municipal transport, equipment for fire brigades, and essential supplies has been directed to the regions of Ukraine that need it most.
